Cleaning software built around your business

One connected system for the office, your cleaners and your customers. Shape it around your sites, service standards and brand. We build, launch and maintain it.

Cleaning operations workspace with site visits, crew assignments, quality reviews and payment status.

The work between the cleans is work, too.

A changed shift, a missed instruction, a client request or an unpaid invoice can start a chain of calls. Your system can keep the people, decisions and next action together.

Today

A replacement starts a chain of calls

The coordinator finds cover, the cleaner needs instructions and the customer needs to know who is coming.

With your own software

One shared assignment

Connect availability, site access and the agreed replacement rules. Give the new cleaner the right task and let the office confirm what the customer needs to know.

Today

Every site has its own standard

Access notes, room priorities, photographs and special instructions get scattered across chats and paper lists.

With your own software

The right instructions for each visit

Bring the contract, site programme and checklist into the cleaner's workspace. Send issues to the person who checks the result, with a clear path to correction.

Today

Extra work becomes an awkward conversation

The customer asks for more. Later, the office has to work out what was promised, approved and actually done.

With your own software

A request that stays connected to its approval

Record the added work and price, get the required customer approval before assigning it, and carry the accepted result into the billing record.

Today

Repeat service still means repeat admin

Regular visits, invoices, payment reminders and client updates all need someone to keep them in sync.

With your own software

A service plan your team can follow

Connect recurring visits, customer-authorised payments, accepted work and reminders around the agreement. Let the office focus on exceptions that need a decision.

One business. The right workspace for each person.

Here is one possible composition of your system. Give your team practical tools and choose a customer portal, your own mobile app, or both. The final scope follows your business.

Example office workspace with cleaning visits, an assigned crew and a queue of quality checks.

Web workspace · Owners, coordinators and supervisors

A control centre for your office

See the work across your customers and sites, with the details your team needs to make the next decision.

  • Recurring programmes, visits and crew assignments.
  • Site access, replacements and work awaiting approval.
  • Quality checks, service history and payment status.
Example cleaner mobile workspace showing the next visit, site access instructions and a cleaning checklist.

Mobile app or mobile web · Cleaners and team leads

A practical app for every cleaner

Put the assignment and site instructions on the phone your cleaner carries to work.

  • Today's visits, access arrangements and task checklists.
  • Photos, issues and confirmation of agreed work.
  • Requests for extra work or help, sent to the right person.

Start in the phone's browser. A dedicated app and offline work can be scoped when the job needs them.

Example branded customer app with a regular cleaning plan, the next visit and a request for additional cleaning.

Your branded mobile app · Residential and repeat customers

Your brand on your customer's phone

Make the next booking or request a direct conversation with your business.

  • Request a clean, choose services and arrange access.
  • Follow the next visit, share preferences and review reports.
  • Manage a service plan and authorised recurring payments.

An optional part of the system, with your name, branding and customer journey.

Example customer portal with several properties, accepted cleaning reports, an extra-work approval and billing records.

Web portal · Customers and property representatives

A customer portal under your brand

Give customers a place on the web to manage their relationship with you, especially when they have several sites.

  • Site programmes, upcoming visits and accepted reports.
  • Requests, comments and approval of additional services.
  • Contract documents, invoices and payment history.

Use it on its own or alongside a customer app. Access can follow each customer's sites and representatives.

Make regular cleaning easy to book. And easy to pay for.

Build the payment journey around your service agreement, using the payment provider you choose with us.

  • Recurring service, connected payments. Weekly or monthly programmes can connect to customer-authorised recurring charges and the agreed billing schedule.
  • Clear approval for extra work. A new service or larger area gets its own decision before it becomes assigned work and a charge.
  • A useful view for the office. See paid, due and failed payments alongside the contract, with reminders and exceptions assigned to the right person.

We confirm the provider, authorisation flow, accounting connection and handling of cancellations or failed payments during discovery.

Awaiting approval before assignment

Give customers an experience that feels like your business.

Your difference can be more than the cleaning itself: make it visible in how customers book, communicate, approve work and see the result.

Your name, from request to report

A familiar app or portal keeps your brand present throughout the service, with the tone and journey you want customers to remember.

Your service standards, made visible

Show the checks and reporting that matter to each customer. Give them a clear route to raise an issue and see how your team follows it through.

A relationship that can grow

Keep preferences and service history together, making it easier to arrange another visit, add a property or request an agreed additional service.

Choose a first scope that fits your budget.

Three possible starting points, from improving daily operations to a branded customer experience. These are illustrative planning ranges for discussion.

Office & crew

Put the daily operation in one place.

€400–€700 / month

€4,800–€8,400 across an example 12-month main period

  • Office web workspace.
  • Cleaner workspace in the mobile browser.
  • Sites, programmes, assignments and checklists.
  • Photos, quality review and basic customer reports.

A starting point when coordination and quality checks need the most attention.

Office, crew & customer portal

Connect service delivery to the customer.

€700–€1,300 / month

€8,400–€15,600 across an example 12-month main period

  • The office and crew foundation.
  • A branded customer web portal.
  • Requests, reports and extra-work approvals.
  • Recurring payments through an agreed provider and a defined accounting connection.

A starting point for repeat services and clients who need a clear view across their sites.

Your branded apps

Build a more complete service experience.

€1,300–€2,400 / month

€15,600–€28,800 across an example 12-month main period

  • The connected office, crew and customer scope.
  • A dedicated cleaner mobile app.
  • Your own customer mobile app.
  • A tailored booking and service-plan journey, with offline work or additional connections assessed for the agreed scope.

A starting point when the mobile experience is an important part of your service and brand.

Discuss this scope

How to read these examples. Each monthly range assumes that the agreed build, launch, hosting and maintenance are spread over a 12-month main period. Your proposal confirms the scope, payment, duration, any initial charges and the ongoing hosting and support arrangements after that period.

Payment-provider fees, messaging, app-store charges and other external usage are scoped separately where needed. New functionality is agreed and priced as a change. We can begin with a smaller complete workflow and develop the system from there.

From the way you clean to software you can use.

Bring a real site, a service agreement and a recent request. You do not need to arrive with a technical specification.

  1. Define one useful first scope

Walk through a normal visit, a replacement, an extra request and an issue after cleaning. Agree the people, rules and outcome the first version needs to cover.

  2. Review your team's and customer's experience

Check a prototype together, from the office view to the cleaner's phone and the customer touchpoints you choose.

  3. Launch, maintain and develop it

We build and test the agreed system, prepare the data and launch plan, and provide the agreed ongoing service. Later changes get their own scope and price.

Questions about working with AlmOps

How is this different from ready-made cleaning software?

We begin with your process and compare what existing tools can cover. A custom system can make sense when your contracts, operating rules, connected tools or customer experience need something more specific. If a ready-made product covers the job well, we consider that option with you.

What do we need to get started?

Tell us about your customers, sites, team and current tools. Show us one process and a few examples of what gets complicated. We help turn that into requirements, an agreed scope and a prototype.

Can we start with the office and cleaner workspace?

Yes. We can agree a complete first workflow for the people running the service, then add a customer portal or mobile app as a separate, scoped addition. We plan the first version around a useful result.

Can we keep our accounting and payment provider?

We assess data access, interfaces and the way you want billing and authorisation to work before promising a connection. Your proposal identifies the systems, records and responsibilities included.

Who maintains the apps and handles updates?

AlmOps provides the maintenance and support agreed for your system. For mobile apps, we also agree release responsibilities, supported devices and the process for updates. The proposal sets out what the ongoing service includes.

How are the budget and later changes agreed?

The ranges on this page are planning examples. After discovery, we agree the actual scope, payment, main period and service terms. New functions or changes to the workflow are assessed and priced separately before work starts.

Can we host or operate our version independently later?

Hosting with AlmOps is the default; your own infrastructure can be scoped separately. Non-exclusive rights to use and change your paid-for version, source code, data export and operating instructions are covered by the agreed licence and handover terms.

Make your way of cleaning part of your advantage.

Tell us how your business works today, what you want customers to experience and where the team needs better tools. We will help shape a first version around that.
