Who this is for

Cleaning, facilities care, grounds maintenance, landscape construction, pest control and pool servicing. Each site and service can have its own programme, access conditions and reporting rules.

Cleaning Companies

You organise regular and one-off cleaning for offices, homes and specialist sites, including windows and façades.

Where your rules matter
  • Each site has its own zones, cleaning programme and reporting requirements, all tied to the service contract.
  • A replacement crew needs the right site access. A quality issue needs an owner, a deadline and a confirmed correction.
  • Extra cleaning needs approval before work begins, with its own completion record and basis for billing.

Facilities service providers

You combine cleaning, minor repairs and technical services under a single customer contract.

Where your rules matter
  • Different services have their own people, schedules and acceptance criteria within the same contract.
  • A request may move between your team, a subcontractor and the customer; responsibility for the final resolution must stay clear.
  • Client reports need to follow the customer's site structure and connect checks, outstanding issues and accepted services.

Landscaping & grounds maintenance companies

You maintain green spaces and grounds, including seasonal work and restoration.

Where your rules matter
  • Site zones, seasons and customer preferences shape the programme; weather and site conditions can change individual jobs.
  • Crew assignments depend on site access, equipment, waste removal and the time needed at each address.
  • Replanting, lawn restoration and other extra work need separate approval and charges alongside the regular service.

Landscape construction companies

You deliver landscaping projects, from ground preparation and drainage to irrigation, planting and handover.

Where your rules matter
  • Plant choices, materials and client decisions change the plan; crews need the approved drawings and specification.
  • Groundworks, drainage, irrigation and planting have dependencies. Zone readiness must stay connected to deliveries and subcontractor assignments.
  • After handover, care visits and warranty issues need a link to the planting, equipment and agreed handover conditions.

Pest control companies

You inspect sites, carry out treatments and organise follow-up visits under service programmes.

Where your rules matter
  • The initial survey determines treatment zones and return visits; later findings can change the programme for that site.
  • A visit depends on room preparation, access and customer conditions, with a clear record of readiness or postponement.
  • Corporate clients may need their own site plans, visit records and issue reports across several locations.

Pool maintenance companies

You inspect and service pools and organise repairs to their systems and equipment.

Where your rules matter
  • Pool type, equipment and usage determine the service programme; inspection findings can change the next visit.
  • A fault may require repair approval, replacement parts and a return visit, all connected to that pool's history.
  • A customer with several sites needs a shared service overview, separate owner reports and clear approval of extra costs.

Built around how you work

Your rules for site programmes

Define the zones, tasks, frequency and evidence required by each site and contract. Seasonal work, treatment visits and landscape projects can follow different programmes.

Your rules for assignments and changes

Decide which access checks, skills, equipment and materials make a visit ready. Set who may authorise crew substitutions, postponements and extra services before the work begins.

Your rules for quality and reporting

Agree how work is checked, who owns a correction and what the customer needs to accept it. Keep rework separate from a new paid request, with the right reports for each site.

Your rules for payments

Set recurring charges, deposits and payment due after accepted work. We can add payment collection, reminders and tracking using the agreed methods, with extra services linked to their approval and completion records.

Your CRM, time records, materials data and accounting tools can be part of the plan. We assess the available connections and agree which site, contract and billing records need to move between systems.

From workflow to working software

  1. Start with work your team knows

Tell us how a request moves through your business today, where people have to chase information and what happens when the plan changes. We help turn that into a clear brief. You do not need a technical specification.

  2. Agree a useful first version

Together, we define a complete workflow, the people involved, the rules and exceptions, and the result it needs to deliver. We agree how to measure improvement, such as time spent servicing each site, repeat work and the proportion of extra services approved before they begin.

  3. Review a prototype

Walk through a prototype using examples from your daily work. Check the normal case, missing inputs, changes and customer decisions, so the system reflects the situations your team actually handles.

  4. Launch and keep it running

We build, test and launch the agreed system, then provide the agreed ongoing maintenance and support. Data setup, connections to existing tools and the move into daily use are part of the launch plan.

  5. Change it as your business changes

New services, agreements, approval rules or ways of working can become agreed updates to the system. We clarify the change, assess its effect and agree the scope and price before adding new functionality.

Your brand. A direct connection.

Bring your business closer to your customers

Make it easier for customers to request a service, arrange site access and see what has been completed. almops can build a branded app or portal connected to your service programmes.

Your own customer app

Let customers book cleaning, request grounds or pool care and report a problem through an app with your name and branding. Requests can stay connected to the relevant site and contract.

A customer portal under your brand

Give each customer a web workspace for site programmes, visit reports, outstanding issues and extra work approvals, with access shaped around their properties and representatives.

Questions

Can we keep our current scheduling and accounting tools?

We can build around the tools your teams already use. During discovery we check data access, integration options and practical limits, then agree which records should be shared and which system owns them.

When does a system built around our business make sense?

It can help when different sites, service contracts, quality checks and extra work approvals repeatedly need work outside your existing tools. We review your current process and consider a ready-made product if it covers the job well.

Do we need a technical specification or a complete replacement system?

You can start by describing one process and showing us how it works today. We ask questions and help define the requirements. A first version can cover one complete workflow, with further additions agreed separately.

Who looks after the system after launch?

AlmOps handles the agreed maintenance and support, and helps develop the system as your requirements change. Your proposal defines the service included and how later changes are handled.

Where is the system hosted and can we use our own server?

Hosting with AlmOps is the default. Deployment on your own infrastructure can be scoped as an additional paid option. We discuss data access, exports and operational requirements while defining the system.

How is pricing handled?

The aim is a predictable monthly payment for an agreed system and service. Your proposal sets out the amount, payment period, hosting, support and any initial charges. Later additions are scoped and priced separately.

Could we run and maintain our version independently later?

You can obtain non-exclusive rights to keep using and changing the paid-for version for your own business after the agreed main payment period or a one-off payment. The handover covers source code, a data export, operating instructions and the rights needed to run the software independently. Licence, handover, hosting and support terms are agreed in your contract.
